Our stay at Familien- Und Wellnesshotel "Viktoria" was pleasant. The location, nestled in a quaint village near Oberstdorf, offered a serene retreat. The accommodating staff provided helpful services, including a shuttle to town and thoughtful gestures like remembering our preferences at breakfast. The hotel's value proposition is commendable; however, the room quality felt more aligned with a three-star rating than the advertised four stars. The spa and breakfast buffet were standout features, offering a variety of options and maintaining high standards. The €10,00 per person per night half-board option was a reasonable add-on, providing a well-prepared 5-course meal with impressive flavors.While the property excelled in its spa area and dining offerings, the room amenities fell slightly short of luxury expectations. For guests seeking a tranquil setting with access to spa facilities and delectable meals, "Viktoria" presents a decent value proposition. However, those looking for lavish room accommodations may find the experience lacking.
